How Do We Collect It & Where Is It Stored?

- Contact Forms on our website – these typically ask for your basic contact information so that we can follow up on your enquiry. Once you submit information on our website, it will be stored in website database, it will be included within a contact record within our CRM system (Hubspot) and it will be emailed to relevant individuals with the Company. The fields on our website tend to be mandatory and failure to provide all the required data will limit your ability to engage with the Company.
- Our Client Form which we will send out to you via Signable if you choose to engage our services. This is sent so that we can set you up as a new client on our systems. This will include information such as contact information, company information and company financial information. When you complete the form, you can choose which fields you would like to complete, however failure to complete some of the fields may prevent us being able to deliver Services to you. Once you complete and submit the form, your information will be stored in Signable and emailed to relevant individuals at the Company. This data will then be input into Xero (our accounting system) and our project management systems (including, but not exclusively) Basecamp and FunctionFox)
- We also collect information automatically via our website – when you interact with our website we receive and store information generated by your activity. This includes things like usage data and other types of information which gets automatically collected by your browser or device – for example, IP address, browser type and browser version, language, location, operating system, purchase history, the URLs you have visited on our site, the specific days and times you viewed our site, pages that you viewed referring and exit pages, referral URL’s, domain names and landing pages. We may also log data such as how long you spent on our website, how long you spent on specific pages and the number of times you visit or interact with our website. Some of this data may be anonymised, however we may assign unique identifiers to help us keep track of when you visit our website in the future. In the majority of cases, this information will be generated by tracking technologies installed on our website. Tracking technologies may include cookies, pixels and tags.
